According to Mike Reiss, one scout with ties to the AFC East believes the Patriots could challenge the Bills in 2025.

The New England Patriots have enjoyed a very strong offseason, but of course it won't mean much unless they see the fruits of their labor during the 2025 NFL campaign. The Patriots have posted back-to-back four-win seasons and have missed the playoffs four of the last five years,

The Patriots have finished 4-13 the last two seasons, while the Bills have made the playoffs in six consecutive seasons, including being AFC champions in four straight. New England hasn’t made the postseason since 2021 and will look to get back to its winning ways with a revamped roster and under under Vrabel.
