More than 500 people were arrested by police during the Champions League final celebrations in France, and two people were reported dead and 192 injured, the interior ministry said on Sunday.

Two people have died and hundreds have been arrested across France after Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) fans celebrated the club's victory in the Champions League final, according to the French interior ministry. In the south-west town of Dax, a 17-year-old boy died after being stabbed in the chest late on Saturday evening, local media reported.

“Paris Saint-Germain condemns in the strongest possible terms the violence that occurred during the celebrations,” PSG wrote on social media on Sunday afternoon, with their players having flown back to Paris from Munich with the Champions League trophy ahead of their open-top bus parade.
