Will Smith and his "First Love" collaborator had a steamy performance last week that had social media talking. Just one week after dropping the song, tied to Valentine's Day, Smith and India Martínez performed "First Love" at Univision's 37th Premio Lo Nuestro Awards on Feb.

Will Smith opened the 2025 Premio Lo Nuestro in Miami on Thursday. The awards show annually recognizes the most popular Spanish-language music. Smith arrived walking the red carpet in a set from Pas Une Marque.

Following her Grammys win, Shakira will take the Premio Lo Nuestro stage as well. Alejandra Guzmán, Belinda, Edgar Barrera, El Alfa, Manuel Turizo, Reik, Tito Double P, and Xavi, are also confirmed to perform. The Spanish-language network recently announced that it would pay tribute to Paquita la del Barrio following her death.
