Microsoft announced that it has restored most of its application services, including Outlook and Teams, impacted by the reported outages on Monday morning. In a statement on X at about 11 p.m. ET, Microsoft said it "restored functionality for all impacted services except Outlook on the web, which is still affected for a small number of users."

Microsoft Outlook and Teams went down, and the company’s response isn’t helping anything.

Microsoft said Monday it was investigating outages impacting its Microsoft 365 service, with thousands of users reporting issues with their Outlook, Exchange or Teams features. Microsoft 365 confirmed early Monday it was looking into an “issue impacting users attempting to access Exchange Online or functionality within Microsoft Teams calendar.
