JetBlue will launch its first-ever nonstop service to Spain, plus daily nonstop flights to Scotland. The announcement comes after JetBlue recently shared plans to scale back some of its existing transatlantic routes.

JetBlue has been focused on cutting unprofitable flights to stem losses. The carrier also has been trimming underperforming routes to focus on core markets. JetBlue is ending some Miami flights and said the carrier will be overstaffed there.

JetBlue already offers seasonal service between Boston, Amsterdam, Dublin, and London-Gatwick. The airline also offers year-round service to London-Heathrow and Paris. The new routes will be serviced by JetBlue’s A321-series aircraft,
