A popular made-to-order sandwich chain is opening a second location this week in one of Vermont's busiest areas. Jersey Mike's will open its second Vermont location on Wednesday, Dec. 11 in South Burlington.

SOUTH BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) - Another Jersey Mike’s sandwich shop is set to open in Vermont, this one in South Burlington. The sub shop at 255 Dorset Street will open Wednesday in part of the space once occupied by the Sears Auto Center. It shares part of the building with Dave’s Hot Chicken.

Vermont’s new ‘Jersey Mike’s Subs’ is set to hold a multi-day grand opening fundraiser starting this Wednesday 11. The shop on 225 Dorset street will be fundraising to support South Burlington High School.
