Starting JSU quarterback and Canton native Jacobian Morgan, offensive lineman Evan Henry, and offensive lineman Kirk Ford Jr. were named to the All-SWAC Second Team Offense, with kicker Gerardo Baeza and punter Matt Noll tabbed All-SWAC Second Team Special Teams. Six Alcorn State football players received All-SWAC honors.

Ckelby Givens leads the nation and the league in tackles for loss (26.5) and has been a key contributor for a Southern Jaguars team that claimed the 2024 SWAC West Division title with a 7-1 conference record. He ranks eighth in the nation in sacks while racking second in the league in that category.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala.- The Southwestern Athletic Conference announced its 2024 Football Postseason All-SWAC selections on Tuesday morning. The all-conference teams were voted on by the league's head coaches and sports information directors.
