Carter has come out of Penn State as the talk of Giants camp this fall. He’s impressing teammates with his talents rushing off the edge, and he quickly made waves in his first preseason action against one of the league’s most veteran tackles.

Following Tuesday's joint practice with the New York Giants, one Jets player admitted that rookie LB Abdul Carter is "going to be a problem."

Rosenblatt: This feels like more of a discussion than it was a year ago. On offense, the Jets are better at running back, tight end and on the offensive line, while the Giants have the edge at wide receiver — Malik Nabers and Garrett Wilson are probably a wash, but the rest of the Jets’ wide receiver room might be the biggest concern on the roster.
