Born in Innichen, South Tyrol, Italy, Sinner grew up watching his parents work hard. His father, Johann, is a chef, and his mother, Siglinde, worked as a waitress both at the Talschlusshutte ski lodge. His older brother, Marc, was adopted in 1998 and shares a close bond with Jannik, though he once skipped his brother’s final to attend an F1 event.
