Elvis Andrus who started more games at one position than any player in franchise history, has been selected as the 27th member of the Texas Rangers Baseball Hall of Fame, it was announced Wednesday morning.

Elvis Andrus, who played 12 seasons with the Rangers and owns the franchise record for stolen bases, will be inducted into the team's Hall of Fame in June.

The Texas Rangers are putting Elvis Andrus into their Hall of Fame this summer. His 1,605 starts at shortstop are more at one position than any player in team history.
