Powerball ticket sold in Akron wins $1 million
Someone in Northeast Ohio is holding a Powerball ticket worth $1 million. The ticket matched all five white balls in Saturday night’s drawing. According to Ohio Lottery officials, the winning ticket was sold at an Acme Fresh Market in Akron. The winning numbers were 5, 19, 21, 28, 64, and a Powerball 14.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene at 10:30 p.m., according to the Summit County Medical Examiner's Office.
