The right-hander has thrown 7.1 innings at the major league level, and was designated for assignment by Seattle on Sunday.

The Mariners had designated right-handed pitcher Will Klein for assignment, so they had to either trade him or risk losing him to waivers. They sent him to the Dodgers for left-handed pitcher Joe Jacques. Neither pitcher has made a major league appearance in 2025.
