What do you wear? Do you wear your own trainers and your own clothes under the protective clothing they provide for you? If so would it be best to wear short sleeved t-shirts and trainers or would I be allowed to wear my Vans?

You wear your own clothes and shoes (Close toe required) topped by an overall, balaclava, helmet and gloves. They provide the gear.
