We were told to check the light festival out and we were not disappointed. It was stunning and beautiful. Being from Canada, our parks do not compare. It felt like a dream. Very cool.Full review by Alissa D

Went to the TSB Festival of Lights that was held at Pukekura Park at 8.30pm - 11pm. Amazing light features throughout the Light trail. Great for all ages.Full review by Jane A

I think it’s still there!? Will check that out & let you know!

Can you cycle in the Park

Yes we saw many cyclists in the park. There are graded pathways between the various levels.

Can we have a birthday picnic at Pukekura Park and bring in a table for the food and also set up some decorations?

Check with the council. Is probably the best idea.

Can you let dogs off the lead ?
A:
Probably not but they will be will be signs. Remember there is a lot of birdlife take the around the lake.

are wheelchairs available for mobility compromised tourists?

Sorry I’m not sure. It would be wheelchair friendly though.
